需要的 python包: numpy

执行python main.py后，自动将运行结果需要四个参数：

# 数据格式
event_dict 级联数据， 该demo中给出生产event_dict示例，生产中须自行构建event_dict
event_dict可使用json或者python字典,形式如下：

    ]

其中，user_id为用户唯一标识，act_time为用户参与事件event_id的时间，格式为时间戳

# 参数必选项
result_path 计算出的结果保存路径；
anchor_budget m点预算， 锚点占用户总数的比例；
anchor_num m点数量， 默认为-1，若不为-1则优先使用anchor_num，不使用anchor_budget

# 参数可选项
anchor_screen m点参与时间的筛选标准，默认为1，取值0-1，可不填写；
obs_time 可观测时间，默认为-1，可不填写；
max_cas_num 处理的事件数量，默认为-1，可不填写；
